California Power
Authority seeks public comment on 40 MW PV Program
- The Consumer
Power and Financing Authority is posting three draft
request for bids (RFBs), one for fuel cells, one for turbines
and one for decentralized photovoltaics. The Authority is seeking
public comment on each of these draft RFBs prior to their final release.
The Authority believes this public comment will assist in developing
a selection process that ensures projects that are both competitive
and technologically viable. Transcipts from a recent meeting (9/7)discussing
these projects are available online.
