Solar Forum:
May 7th in San Ramon
- Come learn about the latest in solar industry. We look at
the good bad and the ugly, in our efforts to build a solid
foundation for solar technology to flourish and succeed here
in California. This time the agenda includes: rebates vs.
performance based incentives (or paying per kWh produced or
kW installed), inverter certification update, Net Metering
legislation needed this year to extend net metering for large
(>10kW) systems beyond 1/1/2003, updates on the Self Gen
program, the CEC buydown program, and current experience with
the new tax credits. We'll also hear about some new and exciting
projects brewing out there. The Forum is scheduled from 1:30
to 5:00 pm on May 7th at the San Ramon Learning Center. Admission
is FREE, but registration
is required.
PG&E ENET Vendor Seminar:May 7th San Ramon - Same
date and location as the Solar Forum, the ENET seminar will
start the day at 8:30am to 12:00. Designed for solar (wind
too) vendors using ENET (the net metering tariffs), the seminar
will cover the new tariffs and interconnection agreements,
recently updated to include the larger systems (10 to 1000
kW). Registration required. [Invitation]
