SB. 530 passage is required to set the new REP-based program in motion. Current rebates are available for <10kW Photovoltaic systems until the funds run out. The new program, per SB 530, will also include funding for larger solar systems. SB 530 will also enable further work of the Public Interest Energy Research program.
